You will guide integrated teams across Strategy, Analytics, Technology, Data, Creative, and Media to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 15-18+ years driving client growth via CRM and digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of data, technology, and PESO channels.
• Experience leading lifecycle marketing and audience strategies.
• Proven ability to drive personalized communications at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client engagements, $25M+ revenue and 30–50+ professionals.
• Build executive relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Define CRM and lifecycle strategies to boost retention and growth.
• Oversee multi-channel programs aligning CRM, digital, and owned channels.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, Tech, Data, Creative, Media teams.
