Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New York seeks a Business & Corporate Communications Senior Lead (SVP) to support U.S. Retail Banking and Citigold. You will translate strategies into compelling narratives, advise senior leaders, and guide communications across Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Investor Relations.

You will manage a team and budget, lead media relations, shape external positioning, and drive timely communications for product launches and events, with minimal travel.

• Translate complex business strategies into compelling narratives for clients, employees, media, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop messaging and external positioning.
• Elevate profiles through speaking opportunities, media engagement, and content development.
• Support for key milestones, product launches, events and industry conferences.
• Lead proactive and reactive media outreach for Retail Banking and Citigold.
• Build relationships with top-tier media outlets.
