Job summary

Main Street Bank in Marlborough, MA is seeking an SVP Cash Management Officer to lead the Cash Management Department, partnering with Relationship Banking, Commercial Lending and retail teams to deliver cash management products to commercial clients.

This exempt, full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement after training and requires a strong background in banking regulations, client relationship management and sales leadership to drive revenue and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years banking leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations (state and federal) and operating policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and data processing systems.
• Willingness to travel to bank locations and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within Cash Management and collaborate with Relationship Banking, Commercial Lending and retail requests for Cash Management products.
• Act as front-line cash management sales, service and relationship manager for commercial clients.
• Oversee onboarding of Cash Management products and services.
• Analyze the needs of existing and prospective business customers and implement new products and services.
• Oversee and manage the activities and productivity of Client Service personnel responsible for deposit account opening and day-to-day client management.
