Job summary

Chase is seeking a senior candidate to drive cash management solutions for business clients in the United States. The role partners with BRMs/BDMs, develops strategic opportunities, and delivers end-to-end implementations while maintaining regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
• Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills.
• Excellent/strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent/strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent/strong presentation skills.
• Maintain strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BRMs and BDMs to drive new profitable Cash Management business and grow the portfolio.
• Acts as Trusted Advisor, advising on payments, receivables, fraud within risk parameters.
• Leverages market knowledge and Chase resources to develop business networks and opportunities; follows risk controls and regulations.
• Builds internal partnerships with BRMs, BDMs, AMs, MMs and cross-functional peers.
• Represents cash management in the market, presents at events, and drives thought leadership.
• Manages prospecting tools and proposals for new-to-Chase; uses Seismic and Proformas for client work.
• Leads end-to-end new client journey; ensures successful implementation of Cash Management products and sets client expectations.
