Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a VP to oversee Servicing Treasury & Cash Management Operations, providing managerial direction of treasury, banking, and cash‑management activities within a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform. The role emphasizes risk management, control execution, and scalable process design.

This senior position partners with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure borrower cash is controlled, processed, and reported per governing agreements and regulatory

Responsibilities

Oversee treasury-related systems, including banking platforms and cash-management tools, for a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banks to ensure regulatory compliance and servicing requirements are met.
Lead system stability, enhancements, and user adoption with Technology and Treasury teams.
Oversee the opening, modification, and closure of bank accounts and management of lockbox structures per loan documents and investor requirements.
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and investor inquiries with documentation and explanations of banking activity, platforms, controls, and procedures.
