Osaic is seeking a SVP, Business Development to lead the strategy and execution for growing the independent financial professional population. You will guide the Business Development team, set department plans, and recruit top financial professionals, reporting to the EVP of Recruiting & Revenue Acquisitions.

The role involves 50-75% travel, complex stakeholder management, and collaboration across Wealth Management platforms. A strong sales pedigree and leadership track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum 5 years of managing a team.
• Track record of successful sales/recruiting in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent Osaic and wealth management solutions to potential advisors.
• Provide sales training and coaching to BD team.
• Create a business plan with production and activity goals.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes.
