Job summary

Osaic seeks a VP, Advisor Engagement to drive strategy and execution for financial professionals. You will lead engagement efforts, translate opportunities into goals, and partner with resource teams to support earnings growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive wealth-management experience, strong communication, and proven team leadership in a hybrid, US-based environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in wealth management.
• At least 5 years of proven success building relationships with financial professionals.
• Strong communication skills—presentation, written, and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial professionals throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities and set actionable plans with professionals.
• Conduct discovery and rediscovery of each business and its owner.
• Assess health of professionals' businesses using BI tools.
• Drive growth metrics and maintain low attrition via engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to foster community and connections.
