Job summary

Osaic, a leading financial services firm, seeks a VP, Advisor Engagement to drive strategy and execution for engagement with financial professionals. You will build and sustain deep partnerships, translate opportunities into actionable goals, and coordinate across resource teams to support field activities.

Applicants should have 12+ years in wealth management, strong communication skills, and a proven leadership record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of wealth management experience across multiple firm functions.
• At least 5 years building relationships with financial professionals.
• Strong communications skills—presentation, written, and verbal.
• Prior experience managing teams successfully.
• Knowledge of evolving technologies in customer operations and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change within independent financial professional businesses.
• Proven track record of driving positive outcomes in financial professional practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial professionals throughout their lifecycle, with regular service interactions.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned professionals and set actionable plans.
• Conduct thoughtful discovery and rediscovery of each business and its owner.
• Assess and communicate health of professionals' businesses using BI tools.
• Help professionals set realistic goals and create strategies for execution.
• Drive revenue growth and asset retention while maintaining low attrition.
• Support professionals through change management, including tech adoption and regulatory updates.
• Promote adoption of resources and services aligned to needs.
• Deliver empathetic, actionable guidance and connect to subject matter experts.
• Collaborate across teams to foster community among professionals and firms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
