Job summary

Osaic is seeking a driven VP, Advisor Engagement to lead strategy and execution for financial professionals, aiming to increase retention, engagement, growth, and satisfaction. The role builds partnerships between professionals and Osaic resource teams to translate opportunities into actionable goals and robust engagement.

Responsibilities include managing a relationship-focused program, driving growth and adoption of resources, and collaborating across teams to deliver superior client outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of wealth management experience.
• At least 5 years of proven success building relationships with financial professionals.
• Strong communication—presentation, written and verbal.
• Prior experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of evolving customer operations technologies.
• Ability to drive outcomes and manage change in independent FP practices.
• FINRA licenses (6/7, 63/65 or 66, 24) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with financial professionals.
• Identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans.
• Conduct discovery and rediscovery of each business and owner.
• Assess business health using BI tools.
• Help professionals set realistic goals and execution strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, assets and reduce attrition through engagement.
• Support with change management, tech adoption, product updates.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for wealth planning.
