Citi is seeking an IT Business Lead Analyst to drive intelligent servicing automation, leveraging predictive processing, risk-based governance, and generative AI across global operations. You will translate business objectives into epics and user stories, collaborate with architects and engineering leads, and implement end-to-end automation across back-end servicing lifecycles.

Competenze

• 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Management, or Business Analytics, preferably in banking.
• Proven experience leading technical business analysis and delivering large-scale automation or digital transformation programs within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to structure loosely defined problems, build consensus across business, risk, product, and engineering leadership.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end discovery, epic breakdowns, and writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Python and prompt engineering to support data analysis, prototyping, and AI implementations.
• Hands-on SQL, data profiling, and data quality validation to evaluate automation performance.
