Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations management experience in banking, fintech, or digital assets.
• 2+ years of blockchain technology and digital asset operations knowledge.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Focused on execution, controls, and service delivery in regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Digital Asset Operations model in line with global priorities.
• Ensure consistent, controlled delivery of services across the region.
• Lead and develop the APAC Digital Asset Operations team.
• Maintain strong controls and readiness for new products and market expansion.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control teams to support governance.
