SCOR North America is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Alternative Solutions unit in the region, combining underwriting leadership with strategic business development across clients and brokers in the U.S. market and beyond.

In this role, you will drive profitability, oversee the regional underwriting team, and champion innovative, non-traditional deals while aligning with global cap and risk-management practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive underwriting experience in international markets.
• Expertise in non-traditional / alternative risk transfer underwriting.
• Leadership skills to manage a regional team and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Originate, design, evaluate and price alternative deals for North America.
• Lead the regional underwriting team and mentor staff.
• Renew and optimise an existing non-traditional deals portfolio.
• Develop tailored products and alternative capital strategies for clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and brokers and support client needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal ICs and regional guidelines.
