Valtech is seeking an AI Native Experience Designer to imagine and create the next generation of intelligent digital experiences. You’ll blend human-centered design with growing technical fluency, exploring AI-enabled interaction patterns and rapidly prototyping ideas for clients.

You’ll work with designers, engineers, strategists and clients to translate complex challenges into intuitive experiences and use AI throughout your design process to research, ideate, create and test.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of professional experience in experience design, product design, or UX/UI.
• Strong portfolio showing digital experience design from concept to execution.
• Proficient with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience using AI as part of design, prototyping or creation.
• Hands-on experimentation with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong foundations in human-centered design, user research and IA.

Aufgaben

• Design AI-native products and experiences from concepts to prototypes.
• Explore AI-driven interaction patterns with agents, copilots, conversational interfaces and multimodal AI.
• Translate complex user, technology and business challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Prototype with Figma and AI-assisted design/development tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to turn designs into production experiences.
• Test and iterate based on user feedback and AI behavior.
