Job summary
PIMCO is seeking an experienced Transformation and Strategic Change leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation using AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Operations to map workflows, test solutions, and deploy scalable change across the firm.
The role requires a Minimum of 10+ years in investment management, a strong track record of leading technology-driven change, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Investment Management industry experience.
- Proven track record leading tech-enabled change in large organizations.
- Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional leaders.
- Hands-on experience redesigning target operating models across functions.
- Ability to quantify business value and ROI enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple transformation projects leveraging AI with broad impact.
- Map business/investment workflows and value-creation processes firm-wide.
- Apply diagnostic frameworks to identify transformation opportunities.
- Support IP leverage and scale solutions across transformation domains.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure scalable, effective solutions.
- Grow transformation capabilities through embedded partnerships.
- Mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers and Strategists.
