Responsibilities

• Develop and implement broad-based recruitment strategies to attract and identify volunteers to support regional goals.
• Support programs and initiatives to increase engagement and retention of volunteers.
• Perform screenings, referrals, and placement of prospective volunteers to meet operational needs.
• Coach volunteer teams and provide resources for best practices in volunteer engagement.
