The American Red Cross in Raleigh, NC is seeking a seasoned Volunteer Recruitment professional to lead broad-based recruitment strategies and drive placement of volunteers across regional programs.

You will screen, refer, and place volunteers, build agency and community partnerships, and coach teams to sustain engagement. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience are required; travel may be involved.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Volunteer management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement broad-based recruitment strategies to attract and identify Red Cross volunteers.
• Perform screenings, referrals, and placement of prospective volunteers.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with volunteer recruitment agencies and communities.
• Coach volunteer teams and support engagement and retention strategies.
