Job summary

T Hub in Poland seeks a Senior VoIP (IMS) DevOps Engineer to join an international team. You will analyze and design requirements for voice and messaging systems, develop cloud-native IMS components, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms in a DevOps setup.

You will support CI/CD pipelines, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to an AI calling system for real-time speech processing within IMS flows.

Qualifications

• Detailed VoIP know-how: SIP, SDP, (s)RTP, Diameter, IMS, call-flows protocol level.
• Proficient programming/scripting: Python, Bash.
• Experience with Agile project tools: Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design functional and technical requirements for Voice & Messaging systems, platforms, and AI services.
• Develop, maintain, and automate testing for cloud-native IMS components.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes-based telco platforms in a DevOps setup.
• Support and automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure high quality and fast delivery.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call duty and call-out procedures for critical systems.
• Contribute to development of AI Calling system enabling real-time speech processing within IMS calls.
