Overview

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join a VoIP product company designing and delivering software solutions for voice and video communication platforms. This role focuses on building and maintaining applications that support VoIP services, including call routing, call recording, and communication systems used in secure environments.

The ideal candidate has strong hands on Java development experience and knowledge of VoIP or SIP based communication systems. This position will collaborate with cross functional engineering teams and participate in lab testing for communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions supporting VoIP voice and video communication services
• Design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and communication service integrations
• Support call routing and call recording applications within the communication platform
• Participate in code reviews, design documentation, and development best practices
• Analyze complex technical challenges and deliver reliable solutions within deadlines
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, production support, and other development teams
• Participate in onsite lab testing and validation of communication systems
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions
• Conduct technical interviews and assist with development estimates
