Job summary

Kore.ai, Inc. seeks an experienced VoIP Systems Engineer to lead design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade VoIP infrastructure for global customers.

You will operate at the intersection of cloud, real-time communications, and DevOps to ensure high availability, performance, and security across multi-cloud environments. The role requires deep SIP/RTP knowledge, hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, Asterisk/IVR platforms, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus CI/CD with Jenkins

Qualifications

10+ years hands-on VoIP Systems Engineer experience.
Proven FreeSWITCH configuration, dialplan, and new deployment setup.
Proficiency with Asterisk, FreePBX, Vicidial, and IVR platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise VoIP infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of voice systems.
Manage PRI cards, gateways, and PSTN connectivity.
Configure and optimize cloud resources (AWS/Azure/GCP) for cost and performance.
Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Ansible; write shell scripts for automation.
