Kore.ai in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Cloud Support & DevOps Engineer specializing in VoIP to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade VoIP systems powering conversational AI worldwide.

You will work across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), manage Kubernetes clusters, build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Ansible, and ensure high availability, security, and scalable performance for voice platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on VoIP experience required.
• Proficiency with FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, FreePBX, Vicidial & IVR platforms.
• Deep SIP/RTP knowledge; network analysis using Wireshark/Tcpdump.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP infrastructure for enterprise deployments.
• Administer multi-cloud VoIP environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Manage Kubernetes clusters hosting VoIP microservices.
• Build CI/CD workflows with Jenkins & Ansible; automate runbooks with shell scripts.
• Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of voice platforms.
