Aptive Environmental is seeking a VoIP Engineer to own the voice platform end-to-end in Provo, UT. You will design and maintain the Genesys Cloud environment, manage Twilio SIP trunking, and drive AI-enabled call center improvements using Cresta and Genesys AI features.

You will also build custom integrations with the in-house CRM via REST and webhooks. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in enterprise telephony, deep SIP/VoIP knowledge, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable

Formación

• 6+ years running enterprise or contact center telephony.
• Hands-on Genesys Cloud experience: Architect, routing, Data Actions, Platform API.
• Deep SIP/VoIP fundamentals and Twilio experience is a strong plus.
• Experience deploying or operating AI in a contact center.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, stability, and roadmap of Genesys Cloud environment.
• Own Twilio SIP trunking: capacity, failover, number management, porting.
• Drive AI strategy with Cresta and Gen esys AI features, pilot with measurement.
• Build integrations between Genesys, Cresta, and in-house CRM using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Set telephony best practices, change processes, and DR/failover.
