Job summary

Red Ventures Home is seeking a Fullstack Senior Engineer to own telephony systems and AI-powered tooling for our sales center. You will modernize core telephony, build inbound/outbound call flows, and embed LLM capabilities such as call summarization and sentiment detection into daily products.

You will migrate from Twilio to Genesys, design new flows, and lead AI-driven development across the stack, while mentoring engineers and advocating Agile practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on software development experience.
• 4+ years production-grade TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js experience.
• 3+ years with SaaS telephony platforms (Twilio, Genesys) including call routing and configuration.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools as a core part of work; building custom skills or prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own BAU support of existing Twilio-based tooling while migrating to Genesys.
• Design and implement new inbound/outbound call flows across full stack.
• Embed LLM/AI capabilities into products and workflows (call summarization, sentiment detection, QA).
• Utilize AI tools across development lifecycle; mentor teammates on AI practices.
