Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of work experience in voice or unified communications.
- Cisco, telephony, or unified communications certification.
- Strong experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, UCCX, and Finesse.
Responsibilities
- Leads large-scale voice projects across University and UChicago Medical Center locations.
- Coordinates with IT Services, administration, clinical departments, and vendors to deliver integrated voice and data services.
- Provides user training, first-day support, and ongoing technical guidance for rollouts and upgrades.
- Identifies improvements to voice infrastructure and processes for reliability and user satisfaction.
- Audits legacy circuits and coordinates with vendors to port numbers and decommission services.
