Segra is seeking a Sr. Voice Specialist in the Kansas City, MO area (hybrid) to join our Enterprise Sales presales team. You will act as a product expert for Hosted/Cloud Voice, UCaaS, and Contact Center, leading discovery, solution design, and compelling demos.

You will partner with Sales to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and position offerings to win deals. The role requires 5+ years in voice/UC/CC presales or technical roles, strong networking and security knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or technical role for Voice/UC/Contact Center
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, security concepts
• Experience with solution design, deployment, service activation in telecom/cloud
• Able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record partnering with sales and driving customer engagement
• Experience creating and delivering presentations, demos, and training
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Voice Solutions portfolio (Hosted/Cloud Voice, UCaaS, Contact Center, SIP)
• Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept support
• Act as trusted advisor aligning solutions with business/technical requirements
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities
• Provide training and enablement to Sales/SE teams
• Develop technical playbooks and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support
• Represent company at customer meetings and events
