Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly technical Senior Voice Engineer to join the UC&C Solution Engineering team. You will own complex voice environments, perform SIP signaling analysis, and lead Tier 3/4 escalations across multiple DoD contracts.

You will verify voice systems meet STIG requirements and partner with LAN/WAN, Cybersecurity, and other teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and design guidance are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in VoIP/ UC domains.
Active Secret clearance required for DoD programs.
Expert-level SIP dialog and SDP negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

SIP dialog analysis and advanced call-flow troubleshooting for escalations.
Design and secure voice environments and verify STIG compliance.
Mentor engineers and contribute to design standards across contracts.
Collaborate with LAN/WAN, Cybersecurity, and Transport teams on complex issues.
