Job summary

ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group seeks engineers to build an AI-powered Voice Platform for enterprise workflows. You will help create pervasive voice and ML experiences that scale across regions and data centers, focusing on reliability, security, and usability.

You will collaborate with product managers, design scalable systems, and mentor teammates while pushing the frontier of Voice AI in an enterprise context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in AI, ML or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building distributed Voice AI systems at scale.
• ~4+ years building LLM-based applications (integration, not training).
• 6+ years in Python/Golang/Java or similar languages.
• 2+ years building agents and developing LLM-based experiences.
• Experience operating highly available distributed workloads on Kubernetes.
• Security/compliance in regulated environments is a plus.
• A proven track record shipping distributed Voice AI or voice platform systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and implementation of the core Voice Platform (Audio Acquisition, Conversation Management, Speech Generation, API integration, and Voice AI models).
• Collaborate with product managers to understand customer use cases and success metrics.
• Build and deploy large Voice AI distributed systems across regions and data centers.
• Write high-quality, scalable code and enforce best practices in software engineering.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the SRE practice with tooling requirements.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across Voice AI engineering.
