ServiceNow is seeking an experienced engineer to build enterprise-grade systems and apply AIML concepts while delivering scalable server-side solutions for collaboration platforms with rich conversational experiences.

You will work with a team to push the boundaries of what is achievable, help evolve the technology stack, ensure high performance, and mentor colleagues while delivering robust, well-designed software that scales with large data and users.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Design and implement highly interactive, high-volume applications.
• Experience with ML/NLP and LLMs in conversational AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build highly interactive applications that scale with complexity.
• Create tools, libraries, and frameworks for other developers to build upon, applying AIML to improve platform functionality.
• Write high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code with code reviews and unit tests.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and own the code from design to delivery.
• Design software that is simple to use, extensible, and meet customers' needs.
• Contribute to new products and features while enhancing the existing suite.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
