Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior leader in the Advanced Technology Group to architect and deliver scalable Voice AI platforms. You will drive architecture for real-time audio, STT/TTS, and multi-region deployments, partnering with PMs and executives to align the roadmap with enterprise needs.

You will mentor engineers, champion security and reliability, and guide DevOps practices to operationalize AI-driven work experiences for 5k+ enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience with technical leadership
• Distributed Voice AI or voice platform architecture experience at scale
• 5+ years leading large-scale agentic systems
• 6+ years development in Python, Golang, Java or similar
• 3+ years building LLM-based applications with self-hosted deployment
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices
• Ability to influence architecture across multiple teams
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Windsurf

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of the core Voice Platform (Audio Acquisition, Conversation Management, Speech Generation)
• Design and drive large-scale, complex agentic systems with latency and reliability targets
• Partner with product managers, customers and senior leadership to shape the platform roadmap
• Own the design and delivery of Voice distributed systems across multiple regions and data centers
• Set engineering standards for architecture, code quality and testing across teams
• Drive the evolution of the SRE practice by turning operational learnings into platform capabilities
• Mentor staff and Senior engineers, grow technical leaders
