Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on VMware administration and support in large-scale environments.
• Experience with capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of production change management, security, and regulatory compliance.
• VMware Aria Operations, VRLI/VRNI experience is a plus.
• ITIL / VMware certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support large-scale VMware environments (400–500 servers).
• Work on VMware vSphere 8 and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9).
• Perform real-time capacity monitoring and infrastructure health checks.
• Review and validate capacity enhancement requests (RITMs).
• Drive hardware lifecycle management and replacement of end-of-life servers.
• Support VMware platform migrations, upgrades, patching, and production deployments.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Follow banking production change management and governance processes.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure, storage, networking, and applications teams.
