Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation Infrastructure Architect to lead private cloud projects. You will plan, deploy, and operate the VCF stack including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria components, while guiding teams and clients to successful outcomes.

You will design and size infrastructure for management and workload domains, mentor consultants, and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for VCF adoption. This role is remote within the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in VMware-focused infrastructure and private cloud projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong expertise designing, deploying, and sizing VCF and related components.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects on VMware Cloud Foundation private cloud solutions.
• Plan, deploy, manage and operate VCF infrastructure and networks.
• Mentor consultants and guide teams through complex deployments.
• Ensure successful outcomes with SME-level guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to identify VCF opportunities.
