Job summary

SHI International Corp. is looking for a VMware Cloud Foundation Infrastructure Architect to oversee the planning and deployment of foundational VMware technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with vSphere and NSX, alongside strong project leadership skills.

This role involves working with clients to optimize their VMware solutions and mentoring junior staff. A competitive salary range of $190,000 to $250,000 is offered based on experience and skills, with additional benefits included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience implementing and configuring vSphere environments.
• Experience designing, deploying and configuring NSX and NSX migrations.
• Experience designing, deploying and configuring data center networks.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer consulting projects focused on VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Collaborate with clients to identify VCF opportunities.
• Plan, deploy, manage and operate VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Design, deploy, and implement VMware vSAN clusters.
• Mentor and manage consultants on VCF solutions.
