Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation Infrastructure Architect to plan, deploy, and operate the base VCF suite. You will work on vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Automation, Aria Operations, and Aria Logs to deliver private cloud solutions.

You will lead engagements, size infrastructure, design DR and microsegmentation, and mentor consulting teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience implementing and configuring vSphere environments.
Experience designing, deploying and configuring NSX and NSX migrations.
Experience with microsegmentation and data center networking (LANs/WANs, routers, switches, firewalls).
Ability to design, size and plan infrastructure for VCF components.
Hands-on knowledge of Aria Operations dashboards and alerts, and Log Insight.
Experience deploying Aria Automation and integrating Orchestrator.
Senior skills in disaster recovery using SRM or Live Recovery.
Strong communication and mentoring abilities for consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Lead customer projects focused on VMware Cloud Foundation private cloud solutions.
Plan, deploy, manage and operate VCF components including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria suites.
Design and size infrastructure for management and workload domains and plan for VCF deployment.
Identify opportunities, provide strategies, and collaborate with clients for successful outcomes.
Mentor consultants and guide customer engagements on VCF best practices.
