Altria Group Distribution Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor Managed Inventory to lead AGDC's VMI program, optimize inventory across a major revenue portfolio, and strengthen partnerships with wholesale customers. You will influence demand signals, collaborate across functions, and mentor a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and change management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain, customer supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and wholesale distribution knowledge.
• Experience using planning/forecasting/inventory systems to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and evolution of AGDC's VMI program.
• Own inventory performance across a portfolio representing significant enterprise revenue.
• Build partnerships with wholesale distribution customers and act as strategic advisor.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the network and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, Trade Distribution, Finance, and IT to deliver results.
• Provide leadership insights to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with focus on coaching and change leadership.
