Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a senior engineer with a deep background in VLSI/ASIC timing and design. You will work on significant development and support issues, analyzing complex data and coordinating with teams across time zones.

Required: BS/MS in EE/CE with 10+ years (MS) or 12+ years (BS); TCL, Python, or Ruby; experience with PrimeTime/Cadence and SPICE analysis. Excellent communication across geographies is essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years (MS) or 12+ years (BS) related experience.
• Strong understanding of VLSI/ASIC physical design and timing constraints.
• Experience with timing analysis tools and error/warning debugging.
• Proficient in TCL; Python or Ruby is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex design and data to resolve timing issues across geographies.
• Organize large datasets and present findings clearly to teams.
• Work independently on new tasks and potentially supervise others.
• Communicate with multiple engineers and teams across time zones.
