Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will handle complex customer inquiries via phone and email, perform QA reviews, and train staff on procedures, contributing to efficient operations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED; plus two years of relevant work experience providing customer service via direct contact, correspondence, email and telephone.
• Experience interpreting regulations, policies and procedures; local, state or federal legislation; or unit rules and regulations.
• Experience in organizing workload, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and determines the acceptability of highly complex customer applications for vital records issuance and amendments.
• Produces and certifies vital records for certificates and amendments.
• Performs quality assurance activities to identify improvements and ensure accuracy.
• Provides training and creates manuals on policies and procedures.
