Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III, Mechanic to support Visual Inspection operations on the manufacturing floor. You will setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Visual Inspection equipment and act as the first-line technical resource for the packaging team.

The role requires experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or cGMP environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics and maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations, including documentation practices, deviation reporting, and data integrity principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform maintenance tasks on visual inspection equipment.
• Perform technician tasks including start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Operate light material handling equipment (pallet jacks, lifts).
• Monitor material quality of incoming, in-process, and finished materials; escalate concerns as needed.
• Act as a first-line technical resource for the team; provide technical support to production technicians.
• Proactively monitor equipment; perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interpret schematics and maintenance manuals to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Execute protocols as part of equipment qualification and process validation work.
• Perform batch records, GMP documentation, and CMMS entries.
• Review process documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support lean activities and 5S.
