Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support the Inspection Process Execution Team. You will operate automated inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, complete batch records, and contribute to cGMP compliance.

Candidates should have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, be detail-oriented, and willing to participate in lean activities like 5S and Kaizen. Training on SAP inventory and ECMS forms is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated environment.
• Ability to read/write/understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping.
• LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior production or inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated inspection equipment and monitor status.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of material.
• Maintain batch records and GMP documentation.
• Support line clearance, 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Handle material movement equipment and ensure smooth flow of product.
• Print SOPs/Forms via ECMS.
