Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to create scalable and high-performing experiences across the marketing web platform. You will own the design system, ship AI-assisted features, and push for a code-first approach using Figma, AI tooling, and a component-based CMS.

You will collaborate across brand, product marketing, partnerships, product, and engineering, shipping both day-to-day improvements and major site revamps while ensuring accessibility and strong visual design.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing experiences, with significant experience building or evolving design systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your design process with existing tools and workflows.
• Fluency in Figma and component-based UX/UI design, with the technical fluency to work in a code-first environment.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and build; code should not be a boundary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the marketing web design system from foundations to production components.
• Simplify customer journeys with strong UX/UI design.
• Maintain high visual craft across typography, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Refactor legacy experiences and avoid unnecessary one-offs.
• Champion design system standards across reviews and documentation.
