Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to create intuitive, scalable marketing web experiences. This hands‑on role blends UX/UI craft with systems thinking and AI‑first workflows, shaping a design system for responsible AI and code‑first execution.

You will lead the evolution of our marketing web design system, collaborate across brand, SEO, product marketing, partnerships, and engineering, and ship both small enhancements and large revamps with a strong focus on

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing experiences, with significant experience building or evolving design systems.
Strong portfolio showing UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work.
Hands-on experience using AI in design processes; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
Fluency in component-based UX/UI design and ability to work in a code-first environment.
Experience with responsive UX/UI design and accessibility.
Experience designing conversion-oriented experiences; regulated industries a plus.

Responsibilities

Steward and evolve the marketing web design system from foundations to production components.
Lead UX/UI reviews, documentation, and implementation support to enforce standards.
Design and prototype across Figma, AI-assisted editors, and CMS.
Ship iterative web improvements and major brand moments with AI-assisted workflows.
