LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to create scalable, high-performing experiences across our marketing web platform. This hands-on role blends strong visual craft, systems thinking, and a bias toward shipping, with AI assisting daily workflow.

You’ll own and evolve the marketing design system, guiding tokens, patterns, and production components while collaborating with brand, SEO, and product marketing to deliver accessible, conversion-focused interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing experiences, with significant experience building or evolving design systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your design process.
• Fluency in Figma and component-based UX/UI design, with the technical fluency to work in an increasingly code-first environment.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and build.

Responsibilities

• Steward and evolve the web design system, from foundations to production components.
• Apply UX/UI design skills to simplify customer journeys and create intuitive, commercially effective experiences.
• Bring a high bar for visual craft, typography, hierarchy, interaction, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Refactor legacy experiences and evolve the system rather than creating unnecessary one-offs.
• Champion UX/UI and design system standards through reviews, documentation, critique, and implementation support.
• Use AI throughout design process—from exploration to QA and publishing.
