Flagship Pioneering in the United States is seeking a highly creative Senior Manager, Visual Design to elevate how we communicate science, innovation, and impact through visual storytelling.

This high-impact, individual contributor role leads brand systems, marketing collateral, and interactive materials; you will transform complex scientific and business ideas into clear visuals for investors, partners, and talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 7+ years in brand/visual design, preferably within life sciences or tech.
• Strong portfolio of brand systems and presentations.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; proficient in Figma.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and executive materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and execution of Flagship's visual communications across brand systems.
• Design and create engaging visual narratives for presentations and digital assets.
• Build new brand and logo systems for Flagship companies from scratch.
• Guide internal teams on the most effective visual approaches to communicate ideas.
• Translate complex concepts into compelling visual stories for diverse audiences.
