You will lead design across presentations, marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital experiences, collaborating with Communications, Investor Relations, Events, and senior leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, on‑brand visuals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5–7 years in visual design, brand design, or presentation design.
• Strong portfolio of executive‑level materials.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools.
• Understanding of typography, layout, and data visualization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across presentations, marketing collateral, digital assets, and executive communications.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Create engaging narratives across presentations, interactive experiences, motion graphics, and reports.
• Develop scalable visual design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
• Provide hands-on execution and support to internal teams.

• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
