Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Visual Communication Designer to join the Environmental Services Strategic Pursuits team. Lead the creation of design concepts, branding, and marketing materials for high-impact client engagements.

You will collaborate with marketing and business development to promote brand awareness, develop proposals, and manage multiple projects from concept through production. Strong Adobe skills and experience in A/E/C are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Visual Communication Design.
• 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Brand application across proposals and marketing materials to drive revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with environmental services marketing to champion brand alignment.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion within brand guidelines and timelines.
• Provide on-site art direction and coordinate with photographers and vendors when needed.
