STO Building Group in New York seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to create and manage marketing design assets, develop campaigns, and produce brochures, flyers, presentations, and web/social graphics.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on-brand visuals on time and within budget, mentor junior designers, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and AEC visualization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferably in the construction industry or a marketing-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of digital media and web design principles, including responsive design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong design capabilities aligned with STO Building Group brand identity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word).

Responsabilités

• Create and manage graphic design assets for the company's internal marketing department.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including concepts, design, and production management.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of design projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visualization.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns.
