Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Las Vegas seeks a Project Director for the Las Vegas Virtual Sales Office. You will support the VP with staff recruitment, development, and on-site financial management, while driving sales targets and maintaining ethical standards.

Ideal candidates have virtual timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience, a proven sales track record, and strong leadership and communication skills. Nevada license required or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Previous Virtual Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background.
• Experience managing a high-volume sales team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Presidents Club inductee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed site sales targets by guiding and motivating staff.
• Provide training, education and performance monitoring for the sales team.
• Support marketing programs and explain strategies to the sales staff.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Participate in management duties, trainings and on-site sales meetings.
