Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Las Vegas seeks an energetic sales professional to conduct face-to-face presentations at our WorldMark Tropicana resort, identifying customer needs and closing deals. You will attend ongoing training, maintain high performance, and work weekends/holidays.

Nevada real estate/timeshare licensing preferred or ability to obtain one; HS diploma required. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and wellness programs, with pre-qualified leads

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Must have Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong objection handling and energy for luxury sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Find commonality with prospective owners.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and closing.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with WorldMark.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training.
• Present sales presentation in compliance with policies.
• Attend training, meetings, stay current on sales info and industry trends, and set performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
