Job summary

Moneybox is a fast-growing wealth management platform helping millions save, invest, buy homes, and plan for retirement. This role focuses on delivering personalized financial plans through video consultations and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

You will handle escalations for vulnerable clients and those with multiple pension pots, review automated plans for suitability, and contribute to ongoing service improvements within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) with AF7 or equivalent.
• Substantial post-qualification experience in retirement and at-retirement advice.
• Deep technical knowledge of UK pensions, drawdown, and tax treatment.

Responsibilities

• Run video consultations, gather information, and walk customers through their financial plans.
• Handle complex escalations, including vulnerable customers and those with multiple pension pots.
• Review and sign off engine-generated plans against suitability standards.
