Moneybox is hiring a Financial Advisor to deliver personalised, compliant financial guidance via remote client conversations. You will review engine-generated plans, explain outcomes, and support customers through questions and transitions.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, clear communication, and teamwork with paraplanners and guides. The position is remote with UK-based operations, offering a hybrid policy and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified in regulated financial planning or near completion within agreed timeframe.
• Solid understanding of UK pensions, ISAs, investments and tax treatment.
• Experience advising customers with retirement and accumulation needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex advice.
• Comfortable with technology and a structured advice process; not traditional face-to-face.

Responsabilités

• Run video consultations, collect information and establish customer goals.
• QA review of engine-generated plans to ensure suitability and accuracy.
• Explain plans to customers and handle escalations with empathy.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and financial guides to support cases.
