Moneybox is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to lead complex case work and ensure the accuracy and clarity of suitability documents for clients. You will coach junior paraplanners, develop templates, and collaborate with Advisors, the Head of Proposition and the engine team to improve workflows in a digital-first environment.

This is a hybrid role supporting risk, compliance, and policy input. This position emphasises pension, drawdown and multi-pot scenarios, with a strong focus on delivering

Formación

• Substantial paraplanning experience in a regulated advice firm.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4).
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, ISAs, investments and tax.
• Excellent written quality for client-facing reports.
• Experience coaching or leading paraplanners.
• Comfortable with structured data and digital case files.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on complex cases, especially pension consolidation and drawdown, preparing the case before advice is presented.
• Ensure engine-generated plans have clear, accurate, and well-written suitability reports.
• Run pre-meeting case reviews with Advisors.
• Support Advisors during QA reviews of engine-generated plans.
• Develop and maintain suitability report templates and wording.
• Own day-to-day quality of suitability reports against governance standards.
• Collaborate with Head of Proposition and AMS product team to improve workflows.
• Translate QA/audit findings into team training and coaching.
• Coach and develop less experienced paraplanners.
• Set the standard for paraplanning in a digital-first model and triage work with the Head of Proposition.
