Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Sr. Virtual Design Release Engineer - Electric Power Systems Simulation to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role focuses on developing and validating simulation-driven solutions for electric power systems across vehicle-level programs. You will partner with engineering and testing teams to define requirements, improve analysis methods, and strengthen correlation between virtual models and physical test data.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, automation, electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or CAE engineering.
- Proficiency in Matlab and C++/Python programming.
- Experience with CarSim/ANSYS and MIL/SIL/HIL/VIL testing.
- Familiarity with DNG and FMEAs for requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Establish requirements and maintain virtual scenarios for electric power systems.
- Track quality, performance, and validation across vehicle levels.
- Define and execute validation methodologies for integration tests.
- Design and implement simulation solutions using industry tools.
- Document and maintain CAE methods and improve analysis capabilities.
- Conduct correlation studies between simulations and physical test data.
- Lead design optimization and problem-solving for performance improvements.
